PermaTherm Architectural Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)

PermaTherm Architectural Structural Insulated Panels are formed in a continuous manufacturing process, laminating  interior  cores of expanded polystyrene or polyurethane to exterior skins of coated steel, stainless steel, aluminum or fiberglass sheets.  Panel cores may also be manufactured out of “Rock Wool” creating the first fire-rated panel for fire wall applications.

PermaTherm EPS panels are manufactured in a variety of thicknesses between 2 inches and 12 inches. The different spans allow for the specific R-Values and K-Values needed for your application.  PermaTherm's continuous laminating line can manufacture panels in any desired length and to each jobs specific tolerance needs.

Thermal values of PermaTherm EPS cores remain constant for the life of the panel; there is no chemical or physical breakdown to jeopardize environmental stability.  The cores are bonded with a structural thermo-adhesive, providing a permanent mechanical bond unchanged by environmental fluctuations.

Each PermaTherm Insulated Building Panel job is created for a specific customer.  Each application requires customized properties designed per construction project.  PermaTherm works with each customer to choose the best product combination to fit their specific needs.

Baked-enamel finishes (available in many colors) provide a resilient surface impervious to most corrosion and deterioration.
